News at the Keller Steak House: “MuuShi” has arrived

Dear inbormio friends, welcome back to our usual appointment on the Martinelli’s blog!

Today’s post is aimed to who love the most sought and who has the most refined palates; a few weeks ago at the Keller Steak House we are proposing a new dish introduced in the Friday evening menu, by reservation only.

Do you know what we are talking about?

If you don’t and want to try a new sensory experience, pay attention: the “muushi” has arrived in town!

A meat sushi made with raw meat mixed with rice and vegetables, created and served specifically by our chef Gianni and generally served as an appetizer.

Think about traditional sushi and try to rebuild it in your mind: futomaki and carpaccio and beef carpaccio uramaki accompanied by meatball and special sauces.

Do you want to know how the idea was born?

It all started with a challenge between Debora, the owner, and the chef Gianni, when they tried to prepare sushi in two variants: Debora has cooked her first fish sushi, while Gianni has tried his first “meat sushi”.

Both result were excellent but surely the second one was amazing and innovative!

Gianni’s patience and skill in combining flavors and knowing how to handle the meat gave life to a dish that concentrates a combination of flavors not indifferent.

From a test the result was so appreciated that we decided to give our customers the chance to test it!
