This time the protagonist is Sun Day Bottega, our new activity, inaugurated last December and located right inside the Olimpia Hotel B&B.
The winter season started offering our best wines, from the prestigious red and white wines from Valtellina and Italy to the most renowned champagne wineries.
In addition to the winery, Sun Day offers a rich choice of Fresh cutting boards, bruschetta (toasted bread) and delicious snacks to accompany your happy-hour.
Our delicious “Sun Day“, “del Cacciatore” and “del Casaro” platters, created by the chef, have been our winter proposal, made up of the best selections of cured meats, pickles and seasonal cheeses.
But this summer we have some news!
Sun Day Bottega, which is opened from the 01st June, now teases the customer with surprising and refined appetizers and gourmet first courses, the result of the inventiveness of our young chef Federico V.
The new seasonal menu will surprise you with combinations that will make your holidays in the mountains even more unforgettable!
In addition to trekking, river walks and adventurous mountain bike tours, take a relaxing break in our cozy veranda and come to discover the specialties of the day!
